MEET MELISSA

​

Melissa is an established interior designer and custom artist in the greater Dallas area. A graduate of design schools in Nashville, Tennessee, and Dallas, Melissa comes from a family of creatives. Much of her youth was spent visiting art galleries around the country and creating in her mother’s fabricating workshop - which produces high-end custom draperies. Melissa has over 30 years of experience in the industry which began for her in the residential furnishing side. And for the past 20 years, after opening her own design company, her curated interiors can be found in hundreds of residential and commercial projects around the metroplex. She is known for creating unique, eclectic spaces that are refined and upscale, yet functional and personal. 

 

Her custom artwork has been sold internationally and around the US to many designers and individual collectors. Her distinguished style consistently pushes boundaries to introduce new techniques - with her signature primarily found in large-scale abstract pieces with bold colors and high contrasts. She utilizes acrylics, metallic leafing, fabrics and other media to build textures and layers in her one-of-a-kind dramatic creations.

 

Melissa loves her job and pours her heart and soul into each project aiming for originality and perfection. Her body of work, along with numerous satisfied and repeat customers, can attest.
